While working on my previous blog post about my collaboration to make princess chibi cookie cutters (which you should definitely check out, if you haven’t already) it was brought to my attention that I never finished up my Princess Belle lineart. I have a small but growing collection of Disney Princess linearts, including Cinderella, Elsa, Giselle, Rapunzel and Ariel. I was also previously commissioned to draw Belle, but not in her princess dress. The original Belle sketch is quite old – drawn in 2012 – and I often get requests from people who want to color her in, even though it’s a really rough sketch with baaad anatomy.
Belle was my favorite Disney Princess growing up. She has brown eyes and hair like me, and loves to read! Not to mention the incredible dress! The lineart had to do justice to this wonderful character. I liked the overall pose and silhouette of the original so I didn’t want to change it too much. Behold, the transformation!
I absolutely love how she came out and I cannot wait to see her all colored in! That sparkling yellow dress – it’s the stuff dreams are made of!

Princess Belle Lineart is available for coloring!
You can download the linearts for digital coloring, or print them for traditional coloring and/or card making. You can upload your finished, colored image or photo anywhere on the web as long as credit and/or link back is provided! If you tag or message me on any of my social media pages I’ll like it and maybe share it to my page! On DeviantArt I’ll add the work to my coloring Fanclub. I love seeing the creativity that goes into the coloring process!
